1. Returns:
Eligibility: We accept returns for most products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@growmart.biz / 8891280 999 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Once you have received your RA number, you can send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
2. Refund:
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Amount: The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable shipping fees, Applicable TAX and restocking charges.
3. Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
